Meetings:General Public meetings are the second Sunday of each month at 2:00p.m. in the Pence Building of the Historical museum

Board Meetings: Last Tuesday    7 pm      Pence Building, Historical Museum

Genealogical/Historical Library: Housed at Pence Bldg., Historical Museum

Library Hours: 
            Summer      April through November

                                   Thursday through Saturday     10 am to  3 pm

Library Winter hours (December thru March) are
                    Saturday 11:00a.m. – 4:00p.m.

It was announced that next year, 2008, would be the 25th Anniversary of the Society and several exciting things are planned for the year. Publications on CD are now underway for the Marriage Books and the Plat Maps of the years 1872, 1891 and 1902. Another Plat Map CD will be coming out later in the year with the years 1911, 1918 and 1924. Programs and special events to celebrate this milestone of the organization are being discussed. Information will be posted as it becomes available.
